Tape Ball Council of Pakistan (TCP)

A New Era for Pakistan’s Premier Street Sport

  • On behalf of the Tape Ball Council of Pakistan (TCP), it is with immense pride and great pleasure that we extend a formal welcome to the entire tape ball cricket community—our passionate players, dedicated clubs, ambitious teams, and unwavering supporters nationwide.
  • The establishment of the TCP marks a pivotal moment in the history of this beloved sport. Our foundational vision is to unify, standardize, and elevate tape ball cricket across Pakistan, transforming it from a grassroots pastime into a professionally recognized and structured sporting discipline. We are committed to creating a robust ecosystem that fosters talent at every level, from the streets and neighborhoods to premier national tournaments.
  • Our core mission is to provide a transparent, equitable, and national platform for players and organizations from every province and region. The TCP is dedicated to institutionalizing the sport through clear regulations, development programs, and high-profile competitions that ensure fair play, meritocracy, and equal opportunity for all.
  • We are honored to inaugurate this transformative journey with the historic All Pakistan National Tape Ball Championship 2025. This landmark event, supported by the Anti-Narcotics Force Pakistan (ANF) under the esteemed leadership of Brigadier Sikander Hayyat Ch., Regional Commander Punjab, symbolizes our commitment to excellence and social responsibility. The participation of 40 teams, including 20 national departments, underscores the significant potential and widespread appeal of tape ball cricket.

Through the strategic initiatives of the TCP—including our provincial councils, membership programs, and national events—we are steadfast in our commitment to:

Governance & Structure: Implementing a unified regulatory framework to standardize and professionalize the sport.
Youth & Talent Development: Creating clear pathways for emerging talent to excel and gain national recognition.
National Partnerships: Collaborating with esteemed national institutions like the ANF to promote healthy lifestyles and positive social change.
Community Building: Uniting the nation through a shared passion for cricket, fostering sportsmanship, and celebrating our cultural heritage.

Together, we will champion the cause of tape ball cricket, ensuring it secures its rightful place not only as Pakistan’s favorite street sport but also as a powerful engine for talent development, discipline, and national pride.

We invite you to join us in shaping this exciting future.
